(1/5) First of all ; they are all very lazy, you need to be there when they are ready and 2 of the lady there respectful but when who say she is the Boss is very u respectful. We wanted to get the photos but she was very rude and we did not get the photos. We will go an other hotel for 3 days over there we are planning to get professional picture taken in Cancun. Summarie of our story is ; We asked the representative ( Who is from Uruguay , au don’t remember the name) how much is the photo and she told us 17 USD and we asked if we get many would we get a deal she told us they can’t make a discount but they can add one complementary. After pictures taken we picked 5 and we told that their collage told us one we can have complementary; Blond lady I don’t know the name told not posible; we told it is what the representative told us ; she told no problem I don’t care what she told ; I am the boss and I don’t accept it. It is not one complementary , It is not a problem of course after we spend time we wanted to buy them but she was annoying. And my wife told her , her act is not acceptable, diction is wrong , she told her she is the boss. My wife told we will complain to hotel and she told my wife , this is Privite company not belong to hotel. I told her she has to be more respectful and she was telling me ; she is the boss . BOSS is destroying her company and it is not good for hotel either . What ever representative tells the customer ; it should not change by the BOSS. Diction was wrong … Not a place to go.
