(1/5) DO NOT HIRE THEM! I hired them for my wedding and was left completely devastated by the outcome. We had an engagement session prior to the wedding and the pictures came out beautiful, so I decided to hire for both photography and videography. I received a link with my wedding photography months after the wedding, and none of them were edited! They were off-center and dark. When I brought up editing the pictures, Armando (photographer) said that was not part of the package and they don’t edit pictures. I trusted him to capture beautiful moments and memories throughout my wedding, and he didn’t even capture a single picture of me in my dress, nor did he take more than 5 pictures of my husband and I together. When I asked him if he could take another photo shoot of my husband and I, he said he would do it for another fee because I was requesting an additional service. Had Armando captured photos of us (THE BRIDE AND GROOM) to begin with, I wouldn’t need another photo shoot. Before the day of our wedding, my husband and I met with him to discuss videography. We talked to him about the style, music, feel that we wanted for our videography. I sent him numerous YouTube videography examples and he confirmed he could deliver what we were asking. It took 10 months to receive my wedding video. He dropped it off in the form of two DVDs. The first DVD did not work, the second one one had a disappointing attempt of a “wedding video”. He delivered raw footage with music in the background and called it a wedding video. The footage looked as if it was filmed with an old-school camera and none of it was edited! I requested for him to do it again and he did not respond to me. I requested the raw footage and I haven’t heard from him since. If I could give them zero stars, I would!!! Now, I will never have photography or videography from one of the most important days of my life. I trusted Armando and Fotografiate to capture this momentous day, and it was the biggest mistake I could have ever made. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DO NOT HIRE THEM!
